The challenge
The vision was to create a state-of-the-art spa experience that complemented Ye Olde Bell’s rich historical identity. The challenge lay in integrating distinctive, innovative wellness features into a traditional hotel setting without losing its character. At the same time, the spa needed to deliver a comprehensive thermal journey capable of competing with leading wellness destinations in the region. Balancing authenticity with innovation, the design required facilities that would attract new clientele while elevating the hotel’s existing reputation for premium service.

A complete spa solution was conceptualized – from concept and design consultancy to equipment supply, installation, and signature treatment development. The spa journey was carefully curated to combine traditional and cutting-edge wellness features, blending light, heat, water, and natural therapies.
