The challenge
The project presented unique challenges. The facility was already constructed, limiting architectural adjustments and requiring our team to adapt the operational concept to a fixed layout. Beyond structural constraints, the spa aimed to deliver a world-class experience to an affluent, local member base with high expectations of service and exclusivity. Recruiting, training, and retaining staff capable of meeting international wellness standards was critical to ensuring the spa’s long-term success and reputation within Belgrade’s growing luxury wellness market.
